Preventative Maintenance
Rigorous preventative maintenance of brewers, grinders, and water treatment is a pillar of any successful coffee program. As no two machines are alike, our maintenance plans are built according to the make and model of your equipment. While we're happy for you to call us for a single espresso machine service, an annual whole-cafe contract will better protect your investments and ensure consistent and trouble-free production for the life of your cafe.
Below is an example of a maintenance plan for a semiautomatic two-group, dual boiler espresso machine.
